Can I use memberCentrum without Internet?
No, as memberCentrum is a cloud based solution you need to have internet connection to use the application. We recommend at least 4 mbps speed to access the solution faster.
How will I get Trained to use memberCentrum?
We have a award winning support team which will provide online training to you and your staffs on using memberCentrum. We will be at your service between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday(Except Public and Natinal Holidays).
You can drop us a mail for getting clarifications on your doubts any time. We will respond to you at the earliest possible with right clarification.
Is my Data Safe and Secure?
Yes, we understad data is important to any business. We will make sure that your data is secure and highly available. We are using World class Microsoft’s Azure platform for hosting memberCentrum. We will not share your data with anyone. So just relax and enjoy our services.
Can I upgrade my subscription after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. Just write us a mail or call us. Our support team will guide you on how to upgrade your subscription.
How do I make Payments and Renwals?
Currently we have not yet enabled the payment gateway integration to collect payment online. YOu can have send the payment either through cheque or by NEFT. We will provide the payment details on Successfull registration.
For renewals, you will be receiving a mail from ourside before 15 days of your renewal date. You have to make the payment well before the due of of your subscription to use the services. If payment not received in time, then the services shall be blocked untill we receive the payment againest the renewal.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase on a prorated basis. Our goal has always been to create a happy Customers.
Will you provide In-Person Training Sessions?
Yes, we can provide you training in person provided you are in India. This is chargable on case to case basis. Our team will provide the details when you have this kind of requirement.
